By purchasing, accessing, or using any services provided by Zentrax Hosting (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
You agree not to use Zentrax Hosting services to host, distribute, operate, or promote any content or activity that:
Involves Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) tools, stressers, booters, or network attack software
Conducts unauthorized intrusion, scanning, or exploitation attempts
Distributes malware, ransomware, trojans, spyware, exploit frameworks, or malicious code
Operates cryptocurrency mining software or mining pools without explicit written permission
Violates the Terms of Service of third-party providers
Hosts adult-only or pornographic content
Violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws
Causes excessive resource usage that negatively impacts system performance or network stability
We reserve the sole discretion to determine whether content or activity violates this policy.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without prior notice and without refund.
You are solely responsible for:
All content, data, and activity conducted under your account
Maintaining adequate security practices, including strong passwords and software updates
Ensuring your services comply with applicable laws and third-party agreements
Zentrax Hosting is not responsible for compromised accounts resulting from weak credentials or insecure configurations.
All abuse reports are reviewed and investigated at our discretion.
We reserve the right to:
Suspend services during investigation
Request clarification or evidence from the account holder
Cooperate with law enforcement where legally required
Failure to respond to abuse inquiries may result in service termination.
All payments are final unless otherwise stated in writing
Services are billed in advance
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination
Chargebacks, disputes, or payment reversals may result in immediate and permanent account termination
We reserve the right to use debt collection services if necessary.
While Zentrax Hosting may perform periodic internal backups for operational purposes, we do not guarantee data preservation. Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups.
Server Deletion Policy
If you delete a server through the control panel:
A backup copy of the server data may be retained for up to seven (7) days from the date of deletion.
During this 7-day period, you may submit a support ticket requesting restoration.
Restoration requests are handled at our discretion and are not guaranteed.
After seven (7) days, all associated backups and server data are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
If you contact us after the 7-day retention period, the backup will no longer exist and restoration will not be possible.
Zentrax Hosting is not responsible for data loss resulting from user-initiated deletions.
We strive to provide reliable and stable services; however:
No uptime guarantee is provided unless explicitly stated in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We are not liable for downtime, interruptions, or service degradation
Maintenance windows may occur without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Zentrax Hosting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the preceding 30 days.
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate any account or service at any time
Refuse service to anyone
Remove content that violates these Terms
Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
